Hello and welcome to Lisbon and to Heden Santa Apolónia!
This guide is to help orientate you in the new space, share some tips to ensure your stay is even more comfortable and to help you feel at home.
It should cover most of the questions you might have, but please feel free to talk to your Community Manager or anyone from the Heden team to assist with any queries.

How to get there?
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Our location is very easily accessible. Consequently we advise all our members to use public transport – either bus, metro or train. Each one has a stop less than 5 minutes walk from Heden.

Your Local Community Manager
Aline Camargo is your Community Manager of Heden Workspaces with the help of Joana Correia. They are both based in Heden Santa Apolonia, just down the road from you. They will be from time to time checking in on the space, and do feel free to reach out to them if you have any questions.

Access and Hours
As a Shotgun employee, you have 24/7 access to your space. Our Community Managers and team will manage the space from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday – Friday. If you need to contact them outside of the hours, please use the Slack channel and emergency number shared.
To access the building, you’ll need to open your SaltoKS app and enter through tapping your digital access to the black numbered pad located on the right hand side of the entrance of the building and the main office door on 2nd floor.

We communicate through Slack, Join our community to stay up to date with events and other things happening around the office.

Kitchen Area
All kitchen equipment is ready for your use, so make yourself at home. Water, tea and coffee are always available in the kitchen area. Important note: Please keep the kitchen clean as when you found.
The Coffee Machine
It should all be pretty self explanatory, and if in doubt Aline will be happy to help making the first essential cup – but here it is for future reference anyways.
Ticketing Request
We kindly ask that all requests, big or small (some examples: Extra cleaning, air conditioning not working, how many meeting room credits are left) be sent here.
Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive an email update on its status. Please note that any requests made outside this system will not be processed.
