We have private offices standing empty between long-term tenants, and plenty of teams want their own room but cannot commit for years. A Rotational Office is the deal that makes both of those work: your own serviced, furnished, lockable room, renewed month by month, for as long as it stays available.
It is subject to availability. The room stays open to a longer contract while you are in it, and if one is signed we move your team to another office across our available spaces. That is the trade off and the reason we can make this work.

Sign monthly and move in
Usually within a few days. Serviced, furnished, connected, lockable, ready.
Renew for as long as it’s available
Month by month, with no cap. If the room is signed on a long-term contract, we’ll find you another space.
The condition, in full
These rooms stay available for a longer contract while you are in them. If one is signed, you get 10 days’ notice and we move your team to another room across our available spaces, with equipment, signage, all of it, at no extra cost.
If no room is available at that moment, we set your team up together on our coworking floors at a discounted rate until one is. That way you are first in line when it opens.
That is the trade off. You get your own office now without committing for years; we keep the room earning while we look for a long-term tenant.

The questions people actually ask
How long can we stay?
As long as the room stays available. The agreement renews monthly and there is no cap: some rooms stay with the same team for a long time. What we cannot do is promise a fixed end date, because the room is still available for a longer contract. That is the trade off, and the reason we can make this work.
What happens if someone takes it long term?
We tell you as soon as a longer contract is signed and you get 10 days’ notice. In that time we look for another room for you across our available spaces and move your team, with equipment, signage, all of it. Your price does not change.
And if no other room is open?
Then we set your team up on our coworking floors at a discounted rate, together, in the same spot, not scattered, until a room opens. You will be first in line when one does.
What does a monthly private office cost?
We offer a special rate per desk, with a minimum number of desks depending on the space. That works out lower than the same room on a long contract, because the terms are shorter and the room stays available to us. Tell us your team size and we will send you what is available, with the price for each.
Can we keep the room for longer?
Yes, and we would like you to. Tell us and we will put a longer proposal together for the room you are already in.
